WASP-er-flow is AI dictation for Windows.

Hold a hotkey, speak naturally, and your words land in the app you're already working in.

This is the full setup: install, activation, and your first sentence.

About three minutes, and there's no account to create.

You'll need Windows 10 or 11, a microphone, and an internet connection.

That's it.

Start at wasprflow.xyz and download the Windows installer.

It's a single setup file, and on this machine it's already waiting in the Downloads folder.

Double-click the setup file to begin.

The first screen is the standard Windows welcome.

Choose Next.

Setup shows where the app will live.

WASP-er-flow installs per user, inside your own profile, so it doesn't ask for an administrator password.

Choose Next again.

It copies the files and finishes in a few seconds.

Keep both checkboxes ticked, run WASP-er-flow and create a desktop shortcut, then choose Finish.

WASP-er-flow opens as a small floating bar that stays on top of every window.

It's already listening for your hotkey, Control plus Shift by default.

Hover the bar and the gear appears, along with your current status.

You can leave it floating, or dock it to the bottom of the screen.

Open Settings, then choose Licensed.

A fresh install starts unlicensed.

Enter your email and your code.

The app opens a secure checkout, and activates as soon as the order is confirmed.

No account, no sign-in.

The same panel lets you back the license up, or remove it from this machine.

If you move to a new computer, back the license up first, then restore it there.

Settings is also where you choose your microphone, change the hotkey, and set the bar's colours.

Every dictation is saved to a local history you can review, and clear at any time.

Close the panels, and let's dictate.

Word is open here, with the cursor waiting at the end of the document.

Hold Control and Shift, and speak.

Release.

WASP-er-flow transcribes, cleans up the sentence, and inserts it at the cursor.

That works in Word, Outlook, Slack, or any text field on your desktop.

You never switched apps, and you never touched the clipboard.

That's the whole setup: install, activate, dictate.

WASP-er-flow is $14.99 USD, one time.

No subscription.

Windows 10 and 11.

WASP-er-flow is AI dictation for Windows.

It works in Word, Outlook, Slack, and any text field on your desktop.

Press Control and Shift, speak normally, then let go.

WASP-er-flow transcribes, cleans up the sentence, and inserts it exactly at your cursor.

It inserts right where the caret is, in whatever app has focus.

No copying, no pasting, and no switching windows.

Use it for emails, notes, tickets, and chat replies.

Setup is three steps: install, activate, and dictate.

It installs per user, so there is no administrator password, and no account to create.

Activate once with your key, and the license stays on your machine.

When it starts, WASP-er-flow opens as a small bar that stays on top of every window.

It stays out of the way until you need it.

Move your mouse over it, and it expands to show what it is doing.

Your microphone, your hotkey, and the bar's colours are one click away in Settings.

Leave it floating, or dock it to the bottom of the screen.

Every dictation is saved to a local history you can review, and clear whenever you like.

One price: $14.99 USD, one time.

No subscription, and no upsell.

Windows 10 and 11.
